We provide a fixed asset inventory and reconciliation (FAIR). It is a best practice proven for validation and verification of fixed technology assets. The validation process includes but is not limited to:

• Complete physical validation of all fixed assets onsite, using advanced barcode inventory and placing scanned results in a database and/or Business Process Engineering Run Book (with Visio images).
• A 100% reconciliation of those assets to a fixed asset ledger (if desired), to ensure a match between physical inventory and financial reports.
• Detailed asset review and reconciliation if necessary for limited clients) including buildings, process and infrastructure assets, and other non-taggable assets such as software.
• Data fortification with valuable attribute information such as make, model, configuration, in-service date, application supported (for IT assets), IP address connectivity (for IT assets) and a serial number for each data record.
